Picking a removal company can be tough.. These guys are exceptional. Respectful of your possessions, polite and professional.We were left in a bit of need with the time scales going against us a bit but the team left us confident the job could be done. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! Nick and Mike were incredible. I reached out to them just a day before my move to London, and they handled everything perfectly. From quote to unloading and everything in between, I was thoroughly impressed with the professional approach Strongman Removals had. Nick was friendly and professional from the moment he entered our property and helped us throughout the process with anything we needed. Due to simultaneously exchanging and completing in the same day, the team of Raj, Mark and Jack were very understanding of the situation and helped to relieve the stress we had of actually moving house. Once again, they were extremely professional in their approach of taking apart our furniture and loading our belongings onto the vans. We received our keys very late in the day at 4:30 and on a Friday, however, the whole team reassured us they would stay until we needed them, both unloading the van and rebuilding our furniture, eventually leaving us around 7:30pm. For the service we received the price was extremely fair and I would have no hesitation recommending Strongman Removals to anyone moving home.

A fantastic service from Nick and the team on what can only be described as a lengthy wait to move. We kept Nick informed over numerous delays in our chain and he was patient in providing dates that he could do. When we finally moved on the 29th July it was one of the hottest days of the year, Nick and his team worked like trojans in very trying conditions. We kept the drinks coming but the professional service we received both loading and unloading was second to non. Big companies may promise the earth but give me a company like Strongman who deliver what they promise and end up with very satisfied customers.

We used them for a pack and move service. They arrived the day before completion to start packing, before loading the vans on the completion day.Pros:Highly responsive, friendly, well priced, got the job done!Cons:Very late leaving the property we had sold on the date of completion. Should have done more packing the day before/planned slightly better. It was embarassing to be keeping the new owners of our old house waiting for so long.

Perhaps not totally straight forward, an art studio move from ground floor to second floor, but all was done with timely efficiency, and care - nothing damaged (apart from one grazed knuckle!). Very impressed with Strongman Removals. We managed to get lucky with booking them at short notice. Mike came out to our house and surveyed what we needed to move and explained all about what would happen on moving day - which was helpful as this was a new experience for us. We found it very helpful and made us feel easier that there was always somebody we could reach by phone. On the morning we received a call letting us know what time to expect them and they arrived on time. Can't recommend these guys enough. From start to finish they were such a support during what I can only describe as a very stressful time. We were given one weeks notice to move and Mike was on the doorstep with boxes within hours and fit us in, so we could move on the day given to us. They were so professional throughout the day despite being delayed on the hottest day of the year, and left waiting! Nothing was a problem and didnt leave until we were all settled in. Smashing job and a great team of guys, who we were thoroughly thankful to! I have always hired a van and moved house myself, but never again thanks to the team at Strongman Removals & Storage. They were brilliant from start to finish. Myself and my partner moved from Kidderminster to Norwich and were very nervous about letting other people handle our precious belongings. I had Mike come over and give me a quote, he was patient, attentive and empathetic which helped put our nerves to rest. He took his time to explain to us what would happen on the day, their insurance coverage and offered to supply boxes and tape and everything in between at a fair price. We were quoted just shy of £800 for the whole move which after receiving quotes from other removal firms was the most reasonable. On the day, they were punctual, polite and committed to the job like a duck to water. They took extra care with sentimental items, wrapping them in protective material before being loaded. Some of the most professional work I've come across and definitely 10/10 on customer service. I would strongly recommend to use them for removals. I'll be keeping their number for the future 👍
